For each of the messages we are answering this question: “What did Christ gain in His suffering?” Or you could ask it this way, “What is the reward of His suffering?”

Main Gathering II//The Praise of His Glorious Grace//Pastor Brett Williams
Main Gathering III//A Name Above Every Name //Pastor Eddie Strickland
Main Gathering IV//The Glorious Marveling of the Saints//Pastor Nick Shaffer
Main Gathering V//Panel Discussion//WSBC Pastoral Staff

Breakouts
This year you will have the opportunity of attending 3 out of 6 breakout sessions with each session being 45 minutes in length. You will need to sign up for the breakout sessions at the Registration Center upon arrival. The following are this year’s breakouts:

1. Dating, Courtship, and the Cross: Ben Carroll and Molly Benson
2. With the Stench of Hell in Our Nostrils: Pastor Brett Williams
3. The Importance of Preaching Christ and Him Crucified: Pastor Nick Shaffer
4. Giving Godly Counsel: Pastor Marshall Allen
5. A Million to One: Pastor Eddie Strickland
6. The Battleground of Worship: Gretchen Shaffer

Community Groups
This year you will spend more time in your community groups than you have in years past. Community groups will meet two times a day: in the morning and at night for a total of 4 meetings. At the morning community group, the leader will briefly go over a passage of Scripture and then everyone will spend some time in the Word of God diving deeper into the passage and answering questions related to that passage. At night, the community groups will focus on discussion with one another and application of the truths of God’s Word from that day. Community groups are a great way to meet new people and to see the Spirit of God move in your life.

Lodging
As always at Renown, our church body opens the doors of their homes to house all the students participating. It provides our church an opportunity to minister to the students and serve them in the name of Jesus. Each home will house about 5-6 students with a Home Leader accompanying the group. Houses are divided up by roommate preference and age group. We want you to get to know and meet people your age that you might develop deep and stronger bonds with one another.
